This policy applies to paid digital challenge services, onboarding packages, and related service upgrades offered by Glyxthorvon.

Eligible customers may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to service usage status and applicable legal requirements.

If delivery has started with your consent, any approved return may be prorated based on service portions already provided.

Refunds may be limited when services have been fully rendered, abuse is detected, or chargeback misuse occurs, to the extent permitted by law.

Approved returns are typically processed within 10 business days through the original payment method unless a different method is required.
